Kim Breit, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based artist, creates three-dimensional environmental paper sculptures. With a small number of tools, she builds unique and engaging paper art presented in shadow boxes. The hand cut and detailed pieces are solely paper and recycled materials. Breit uses her sculptures as a means to address current environmental issues. Each piece is meant to enjoy visually but also spark discussion regarding stewardship of our planet.
